Xiaomi has been doing exceptionally good with their Redmi 1s phones and now they are all set to launch the Redmi Note and it will be priced at Rs.9999/-.

The Redmi Note is expected to start selling in a couple of week’s time. It is noteworthy that the Indian website of MI has already listed the phone at Rs.9999/-. We should be able to get it on a flash sale on Flipkart.

Well before you could get your hands on with this phone we wold like you guys to know what this phone offers and we let you decide whether you want to go for it or not.

If you compare the Redmi Note with the Samsung Galaxy Note then you wont get a stylus. Well that is more to ask at this price point.

On the processing part, the Redmi Note is powered by an octa-core MTK 6592 processor clocked at 1.7GHZ from Mediatek. It has a 5.5 inch 720p HD IPS display that should do the phone justice. The phone will be powered by  a3100mAh lithium-polymer battery. It comes with a 13MP read camera and the front 5MP camera should be good enough to take selfies. Overall its not a bad deal at all.

The other things to mention about Redmi Note is that it runs on Android 4.2 Jelly Bean with the custom MIUI 5 interface. An update to KitKat is expected by the end of the year in the form of MIUI 6. It has a 2GB ram which should be able to multitask without any problems. It also comes with an 8GB internal memory which is expandable up to 32GB using a memory card.

It has certainly been a long wit for the Xiaomi Redmi Note to come in the market. Lets see what the coming week has in hold for us. For this price point there is no other company that is offering an Octa-core processor and a 13MP camera.
